1. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products (such as food items, chocolates, sweets, or customized hampers), we do not accept general returns once an order is delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos as proof.
We will review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or credit voucher for your next purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
If the order is cancelled by us due to unavoidable reasons.
If the product is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product (subject to verification).
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the hamper has not already been prepared or dispatched.
Once the hamper is customized, packed, or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Customized hampers (with personalized names/messages).
Perishable items such as chocolates, sweets, cakes, and food products.
Gift cards or discount vouchers.
5. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

Share your Order ID, photos/videos of the product, and reason for return/refund.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
